March 2020, the world is facing a pandemic. On the radio a press conference with some grave advice from our Prime Minister. On the street a confused commuted trying to keep it together in the Stockholm subway system. A reenactment of the first few minutes of what would be known world-wide as The Swedish Strategy.

SOMETHING WILL PROBABLY HAPPEN 5 min (2019)
Original title ’Någonting kommer att hända’
A drama unfolding on the street involving a baby seagull and the people passing by not knowing what to do. In a window across the street a filmmaker and his colleagues trying to assess the situation while filming it all. Working title of the film within the film – ’The Ruben Östlund Syndrome’.

The tyranny of thought is a life long struggle. You would think that a serene setting of absolute calm would help. Not so, the train of thought never reaches an end destination.
Selected for the Nordisk Panorama festival 2018 in the Best Nordic Short Film competition.

A chance encounter with the Finance Minister of Sweden Anders Borg at a hamburger restaurant in Stockholm the day before the Swedish election 2014. A true story of a conversation with a surprising twist.
